| Driver's License |
Renter must have a valid driver's license issued in the U.S., Canada or Mexico(Airport locations may accept International
driver's license, call for details).

| Age |
All Renters must be at least 25 years of age, or 21 with exceptions, and have a valid
drivers license issued in the United States, Canada or Mexico.
Additional drivers must be at
least 25, or 21 with exceptions. Renters of 21 to 24 years of age must present a valid
drivers license, major credit card and Proof of Insurance all in the Renters name. Renters
less than 25 years of age may not rent the Chevrolet Suburban, Chevrolet TrailBlazer,
Chevy Cobalt or Pontiac Grand Prix.

| Credit Card |
All renters must have and present a major credit card in their name at the time of rental.Credit card must have enough available funds to secure the amount of rental.
Additional drivers must also present a major credit card in
his or her name. Upon return of vehicle, renter may pay by cash, travelers check, money order, cashiers check, debit card or
credit card.
We accept the following major credit cards

- Visa

| Cash Rentals |
We will allow cash rentals under the following guidelines:
- Cash rentals are accepted for the 12 or 15 Passenger vans only.
- The rental must be 3 days or longer
- Renter must be at least 25 years of age with valid U.S drivers license.
- The rental must be prepaid at the time of pickup
- A refundable cash deposit of $250.00 will be required in addition to the rental rate
- Renter must present proof of insurance in their name and insurance must be verified by a Capps employee.

| Additional Drivers |
We allow up to 2 additional drivers at no charge.
Additional drivers must meet the same requirements as the
Renter and be present at pick up or come by prior to the rental.

| Automobile Insurance |
Renter must provide proof of automobile insurance
at the time of rental on all vehicles.
|

Loss Damage
Waiver (LDW) |
Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) - Covers all physical damage to Capps vehicle only.
LDW will cover renter and authorized additional drivers. Please call Capps

LDW IS NOT AVAILABLE ON SUBURBAN RENTALS. |
| Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) |
Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) - Covers 3rd Party damage caused by
renter and authorized additional drivers. Please call Capps Location for
complete details.
SLI IS AVAILABLE ON ALL VEHICLE RENTALS. |
| Mexico Insurance |
Renter may purchase Mexico Insurance. |
Personal Accident
Insurance (PAI) |
Renter may purchase the Personal Accident Insurance (PAI).
